Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. You can return or exchange items within 15 days of purchase, as long as they’re unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all documents.
Are any items final sale?
Yes. Custom designs, special orders, and sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Simply reach out via WhatsApp or use our Contact Page. We’ll guide you through the return process and share a label if needed.
How do I start a return?
When will I receive my refund?
Once we inspect and approve the return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Gift Cards & Discount Codes
Are gift cards refundable?
No. All gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. They never expire and can be used online or in-store.

When will I receive my refund?
After the returned item passes inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Taxes & Duties
Do I have to pay tax on my order?
Yes. Sales tax is applied at checkout based on your shipping address, in compliance with local tax laws.
Are duties included in the price?
For orders within Canada, duties are included. For international orders (if applicable), duties may be charged separately by your local customs office.
